I work with individuals navigating transitional periods in life who want to better understand themselves and the paths they are taking. Many of my clients are reflecting on their relationships, career direction, identity, or life decisions and are looking for a space to slow down, process their experiences, and gain clarity about what they want moving forward.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you are supported but also gently challenged to see things from new perspectives. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. I believe therapy works best when the relationship feels genuine, so I aim to be transparent, curious, and engaged in the process with you.
Together we will work toward helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the confidence to make choices that align with the life you want to build. Whether you’re coming to therapy with a specific challenge or simply a sense that something isn’t working in your life, we can work together to explore what’s going on and identify meaningful next steps.
