I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what you’re going through, and working toward meaningful change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to meet each person where they are. I believe in creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood while developing greater insight into themselves and the experiences that shape their lives.
I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, and other emotional challenges. I also work with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals and value providing culturally responsive and affirming care that recognizes each client’s unique identity and lived experiences.
My approach is integrative and draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I enjoy helping clients recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, build self-awareness, and create meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives.
