I became a therapist because I believe in the power of relational care to create meaningful change. We all deserve to be held and seen in the presence of another person—without judgment, pressure, or pretense. When we have space to show up fully as ourselves, we begin to relate to our lives, our relationships, and our communities with more clarity, compassion, and choice. In therapy, I strive to offer that kind of space: one where healing is rooted in connection, and where your inner experience is met with curiosity, care, and respect.
My background in fine art and art education deeply informs the way I approach therapy—with creativity, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique way of expressing themselves. I’ve worked extensively with children and adolescents, and my clinical experience spans all ages, identities, and sociocultural backgrounds. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks, and I’m particularly interested in identity exploration and how our personal narratives are shaped by systems of power, oppression, and cultural context. I want to understand your lived experiences—not only as individual events, but in relation to the bigger picture of systemic injustice and inequity. I’m especially passionate about working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients, and I strive to offer an affirming and inclusive space across the lifespan. I bring a gentle, curious presence to the work, and often incorporate elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creativity to support a holistic and flexible healing process. I meet each client where they are and tailor our work together to honor their needs, values, and goals.
