I believe entering therapy is a brave and courageous decision. I work fluidly with each client, providing a safe space to begin processing their feelings, thoughts related to their life story. I believe the process of therapy is a creative collaborative process, requiring patience, commitment and trust. I have an eclectic approach with each client, meeting each one where they are, integrating various psychotherapeutic modalities, I include psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness techniques. My goal is to provide support and encouragement to address what has stopped working for them, what they are searching for and begin providing support to improve the management of how to face the present life-challenging changes they are facing.
