As the HR and Clinical Operations Director at Brooklyn Psychotherapy, I support both the clinical and administrative teams to help ensure that our practice runs smoothly, and our staff feel well-supported in the important work they do.

I bring to this role several years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor. I also continue to practice with clients, specializing in EMDR and eating disorder treatment. I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, inclusive spaces for both clients and clinicians.

Madeline Munitz, LCSW (she/her) received a Masters Degree in Macro Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Madeline has clinical, supervision, and leadership experience in a variety of settings, and has received additional training through the HR Certification Institute®. She also earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in Clinical Practice with Adolescents from New York University and specializes in EMDR and treatment of disordered eating.
