Elizabeth Won, MHC-LP, Psychotherapist

Psychotherapist

Supervisor: Rachel Randolph, LCSW

Adults & Adolescents

Greenpoint location & Telehealth

I create a safe, welcoming space to explore challenges. I work with those navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I believe therapy needs to be tailored to each individuals’s unique needs, perspective and story.

I work with teens and adults to help them feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move through life. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and play therapy.

Through my experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, I learned to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth and positive change.

Elizabeth Won, MHC-LP is a graduate of Alfred University (CACREP) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She has experience with Children, Adolescents, Families, and Adults.
