I create a safe, welcoming space to explore challenges. I work with those navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I believe therapy needs to be tailored to each individuals’s unique needs, perspective and story.
I work with teens and adults to help them feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move through life. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and play therapy.
Through my experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, I learned to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth and positive change.
