I work with children, teens, and adults to help them feel supported, understood, and empowered. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and play therapy.
With experience providing individual counseling, group support, and family collaboration, I focus on meeting each client where they are and creating a safe, welcoming space to explore challenges. I have worked with those navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation, and I believe in tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs.
I strive to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth and positive change.
