My goal as a Therapist is to cultivate a safe, non-judgmental, space for folks to express themselves freely. It is my belief that, through this exploration, we can connect with a deeper internal wisdom, undefined by social norms or expectations. My approach is relational, warm, animated, and humorous; I encourage people to show up in whatever way feels most comfortable for them!
I embrace queerness as an expansive, all-encompassing term for any identities that are othered or deemed ‘abnormal.’ I firmly believe that our queerness, eccentricities, and willingness to stand solidly in our authenticity are our greatest tools toward liberation. I prioritize inclusivity and client relationships in my practice. Your feedback is not only welcomed but celebrated!
I draw on multiple approaches including ACT, RCT & existential therapy, creative arts therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based therapy. Additionally, I am trained in ERP and have specialized experience working with individuals with OCD. My professional training, as well as my lived experience, has guided me toward working primarily with LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, disabled, and/or creative folks, though I approach all of my work from a liberation psychology perspective, regardless of identity.
