We often seek therapy when we feel alone, find ourselves stuck repeating the same patterns or when navigating uncharted territory. Therapy, to me, is a space where we hold what once felt unbearable, and in doing so, expand our capacity to live more fully and freely. As a woman of color my lived experience informs many aspects of my work. I know the pain and power of navigating identity, expectations, and spiritual searching. I also know how healing it is to feel seen—not only for your struggles, but for your fullness.
I approach therapy through a relational lens - drawing from psychodynamic theory, somatic work, and spiritual frameworks. I’m a certified yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, and trained in Mindful Self-Compassion. I help clients navigate life transitions, grief, identity and career changes; the effects of childhood trauma; chronic illness and the mind-body connection; and experiences of living between cultures. I work with both couples and individuals navigating relationships, intimacy, sexuality, and embodiment. I tend to work with creatives and seekers; queer and BIPOC clients. Prior to my career as a therapist I worked in finance and the startup sector. I have lived across countries, cultures and languages and I bring the fullness of my experiences into the therapy room.
Whether you're navigating pain, change, or a quiet calling toward something more, I welcome you—fully, just as you are. Let’s make space for the truth of your experience and the possibilities that live on the other side of it.
