In my practice, I provide a supportive space where you can explore what's on your mind and work towards healing. I help with a diverse range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. I have experience in supporting survivors of trauma, especially survivors of sexual assault or an abusive or toxic relationship of any kind. I come from an arts background and also love working with creatives or those seeking to reconnect with their artistry and self-expression. I provide culturally humble, anti-oppressive therapy for BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore racial, cultural, and social identities.
My approach is warm, honest, and flexible, designed to meet my patients where they are. I draw on psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and parts work to create a space that feels right for each individual. Therapy is a collaborative process. In our work together, we will focus on building a deeper understanding of your experiences, exploring underlying patterns, and creating practical solutions to move forward.
