My work is almost entirely in person. I find it much more human and natural in a world that can often be so disconnected. My approach is warm, compassionate, and open. My practice is informed by psychodynamic theories – developing insight on how we get in our own way. We work together to help both of us understand where you are, diving deeper into your relationships, your role in them, and how we found ourselves here. I tend to focus on how past experiences influence current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I also pay attention to unconscious patterns and how they might show up in the present.
The entirety of my practice comes from the trust I build with the people across from me. I don’t read from a script; I show up as myself and I tailor my style to your specific needs. I follow alongside you on your journey, meeting you wherever you are. I’m genuinely interested in hearing your story and giving my full attention to everything you share.
