I hold the belief that each person has the potential for growth, empowerment, and the ability to find peace. In our sessions, you are invited into a space of deep listening, understanding, and warmth, where you are welcomed to share all parts of yourself. We all have a unique story to tell, and I believe that through listening, empathy, and openness, we can work together to make progress in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck or a lack of direction, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and gender/identity issues. I also specialize in treating compulsive disorders and sex addiction. I blend a person-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) techniques to give you the tools to understand new perspectives and create a path forward. Ultimately, my goal in our sessions is to remove the obstacles to growth, no matter what issue you are struggling with. I work with individuals from all backgrounds and incorporate a trauma-informed framework to help facilitate safety, empowerment, and collaboration in our sessions.
Brendan Jones, MHC-LP, is a graduate of the University of West Alabama (CACREP) with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He holds a bachelor's degree from East Carolina University in Criminal Justice.
